And Summer is clearly on his way out, giving way to Ms. Fall. Clearly, the days when minibeanie sleeps with merely his diapers is numbered. Speaking of sleep, there is a 'strange' practice here where folks leave babies to sleep outdoors for the fresh air and because the babies sleep better. The babies are put in their prams, dressed & covered for the occasion, then the prams are placed outdoors for the duration of the nap. Even when the temperature's -10C. Yes, I couldn't believe it at first either.
This is the 5 day weather forecast for Helsinki. It appears this will be the last summery weekend!

Happy 1 month birthday ! The worst(?) is now over ! Soon he starts smiling, talking, rolling, sitting, standing etc... You will have a lot of fun !
Here in Belgium, the weather is almost same as Finland. It has been very cold this week, and only weekend will be fine. Summer this year was very sad one, wasn't it?
ps. Don't put minibeanie outside at -10degrees !!! He is half Singaporian !! Not like other Finnish babies !
Uh.. does this mean you're leaving minibeanie outside too? :P Kindda hard to do it in Singapore if one isn't staying in your own private house. Imagine leaving the baby in a HDB common corridor with other screaming kids running crazy circles around the stroller. ;)
